Twenty-two members of the Fujian Provincial Forest Fire Brigade came to Changsha Dewater Machinery Technology Co., Ltd. to carry out the "Equipment Maintenance Worker On-site Training". The training will last from March 17th to March 31st.
On March 17th, the "On-site Training Mobilization Conference" was successfully held at Dewater Technology. Mr Dai, the director of the Equipment Department of the Fujian Provincial Forest Fire Brigade, delivered a mobilization speech. Mr Luo, the general manager of Dewater Technology, extended a welcome. Ms Liu, the marketing director, presided over the meeting. Mr Wen, the director of the Equipment Research Institute, and 22 trainees from the brigade attended the meeting.

He also delivered a mobilization speech for the training work, demanding that the team members enhance their ideological understanding, study diligently, delve deeply into research, and become "experts" and "specialists" in the equipment field. The trainees expressed that they would surely cherish this rare on-site training opportunity, study diligently and practice hard to enhance their capabilities, and provide strong equipment and technical support for the corps to carry out various rescue tasks.
On that day, accompanied by Ms Liu, the marketing director of Dewater Technology, Director Mr. Dai and his team first visited the corporate culture exhibition hall and workshop of Dewater, learning about the company's development history, upgraded equipment, and rescue cases, etc. After visiting the production workshop, I gained a more comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the various types of equipment of Dewater Technology.
Dewater Technology has prepared the latest generation of QQ lightweight permanent magnet pump sets and accessories. Technical specialists provide face-to-face guidance to the trainees on disassembling and assembling components such as the pump filter, guide diffuser, and impeller, exchanging hydraulic components, installing water hoses, and using control cabinets, among other practical operations. Director Mr Dai and the team members experienced hands-on work together, and the team members quickly mastered the operation steps and key points.
On the 18th, Minister Mr Xie of the After-sales Rescue Department of Dewater explained to the team members practical cases of Dewater's emergency drainage equipment in areas such as flood control in embankments, urban drainage, ultra-high head drainage in subway tunnels, long-distance water supply for fire fighting, and emergency drainage in geological disasters. He also introduced the selection of emergency drainage equipment, operation skills, and practical experience under various working conditions. The team members expressed that they had gained a lot. The course of the day also included training on the introduction and practical operation of many models of drainage equipment.
Oriented towards customer usage demands and enhancing operational literacy through professional training. During the next half month of training, both theory and practical operation will be given equal importance, and all experience and insights will be shared generously. Dewater Technology will provide comprehensive support in terms of study and life for the on-site training of the Fujian Provincial Forest Fire Brigade, ensuring that every trainee can gain knowledge and achieve success in their actions.
