Emergency drainage case:
- On site working conditions: The underground seepage of the 3rd branch of the Qinhe Tunnel of China Railway Third Bureau is estimated to be 1000m ³/h, and the accumulated water in the tunnel exceeds 1 million m ³. The longest drainage distance from the water intake point to the outlet is 825m, with a lift exceeding 40m.
- Drainage solution: Four Dewater QW400-30 high head pumps are used at the water intake point, and four QQ600-10 lightweight permanent magnet pumps are connected in series at the relay point. The fast connection boosting system is used in series for relay drainage, achieving long-distance, high head, and large flow drainage effects. From June 4th to 25th, after 22 consecutive days of uninterrupted pumping and drainage, a total of 1.18 million cubic meters of water was drained, successfully completing the drainage task and assisting China Railway Third Bureau in resuming construction projects.
