In May, as the warm spring breeze grew stronger, the Dewater team-building event arrived as scheduled. To relax the body and mind, enhance communication among departments and boost team cooperation, the Labor Union of Changsha Dewater Machinery Technology Co., Ltd. organized and held a spring team-building activity with the theme of "Growing towards the Sun, Moving Forward Hand in Hand" on May 10th 2025.
The family members of Dewater Technology took a bus to Xinjiang Ecological Park early in the morning and took a group photo full of energy. After a brief familiarity, they arrived at the outdoor activity site. Under the guidance of the coach, they warmed up and were randomly divided into four teams. Team leaders and strategists were selected, and they wore battle suits of different colors. Then, a lively and interesting team-building game began.
The "Passing the Ball for a Thousand Miles" table tennis game tests the trust and coordination among teams the most. The game immediately sparked everyone's passion from the very beginning. The "Decisive Hammer" challenge, in which participants strike balloons with a sledgehammer, proves highly entertaining. Driven by the pursuit of team excellence, everyone spared no effort in the competition. The "precise throwing" frisbee target shooting requires a good grasp of the power and accuracy of the frisbee. From time to time, exclamations of accurate hits can be heard on the field.
After the game, the Dewater family members enjoyed the local specialties together and then independently explored the ecological park, engaging in various leisure activities such as card games, Karaoke, and fishing. They spent a relaxing and pleasant day together.
