Operation specifications and maintenance: Operate in accordance with the requirements of the manual, do not overload the equipment, and do not work continuously for a long time to prevent damage to the motor or other components. After use, turn off the power switch in time, unplug the wires, and perform necessary cleaning and maintenance to keep the equipment dry and clean to extend its service life .

Parking and maintenance: Before parking, the pressure gauge plug should be closed first, and the outlet gate valve should be closed slowly. The motor should be stopped after the outlet valve is closed. When the pump stops steadily, the suction valve of the pump should be closed. In order to maintain the efficient and stable working state of the pump, the performance of the pump (such as flow, head, vibration, etc.) should be checked regularly, and the data should be recorded to analyze whether the pump is working normally and whether it needs maintenance. Pre-startup inspection: Check whether the oil level in the gearbox is normal. The lubricating oil should be replaced regularly. Generally, all should be replaced after 4000 hours of operation. Before starting, open all the inlet and outlet valves of the pipeline. When the medium flows into the cavity, the pump can be turned by hand without abnormality. It can be started first. After confirming the pump steering and medium flow, it can be officially operated. It is strictly forbidden to run the pump dry. Maintenance: Regularly check whether the pump base, pump, and motor are tight, check the condition of the instrument and lead wire, and check whether the pipeline is leaking or loose. The packing gland cannot be pressed too tight, otherwise it will affect the life of the packing; the bearing lubricating oil should be replaced every 1000 hours of work.
