Daily cleaning: During the use of mobile pump trucks, it is necessary to clean them frequently to remove dust, oil, mud and other substances to ensure the cleanliness of the machine surface. If necessary, use high-pressure water guns, cleaning agents and other tools for cleaning. After cleaning, they need to be dried to prevent condensation.
Oil replacement: Various components of mobile pump trucks rely on lubricating oil to maintain good operating conditions. Therefore, it is necessary to replace high-quality lubricating oil regularly. During the replacement process, pay attention to discharge dirt and sediment in the oil tank, and clean it before filling with new lubricating oil.
Hydraulic system inspection: The hydraulic system is an important part of the mobile pump truck. It is necessary to regularly check the oil level and oil quality of the hydraulic oil, adjust the pressure of the pressure valve, check whether the pipeline connection is tight, and replace the worn high-pressure hose. In addition, the hydraulic oil needs to be filtered to prevent sediment and pollutants from affecting the system.
Filter replacement: Since the medium in which the pump works contains impurities and particles such as silt, the filter may be damaged. Therefore, the filter needs to be replaced regularly to ensure its filtering effect and reduce wear on the machine.
Inspection of operating parts and fasteners: The operating parts and fasteners of the mobile pump truck also need to be inspected and maintained regularly, including the start switch, hydraulic valve, exchanger, etc., to ensure their sensitivity and reliability. At the same time, check the looseness of all fasteners regularly and tighten them when necessary.
External pipeline maintenance: The external pipeline of the mobile pump truck is easily damaged during the pumping of concrete. The external pipeline needs to be cleaned and wiped after each work, and the damaged parts need to be replaced regularly.
Lubrication management: The quality and oil level of the lubricating oil need to be checked frequently. The new pump should be changed once a week after it is put into use, and once every quarter thereafter. The selection of lubricating oil should meet the quality requirements.
Vibration monitoring: The pump may vibrate during operation. If the vibration exceeds the allowable value, it should be stopped for inspection and repair to avoid damage to the machine.
Bearing temperature rise monitoring: When the bearing temperature rises too fast or the temperature is too high, it means that there is a problem with the bearing and it needs to be dealt with in time to prevent the bearing from burning out .
Pump unit noise monitoring: Abnormal noise may be a problem with the fluid or machinery, and the cause needs to be found out and dealt with in time .
Shaft seal maintenance: The shaft seal is used to prevent liquid leakage and needs to be regularly inspected and maintained to ensure its sealing effect
