Check the running sound of the centrifugal pump every day to see if there is any vibration or leakage, and deal with the problem in time.
Check whether the oil level in the centrifugal pump suspension oil chamber is kept at 1/3 and 2/3 of the oil mark, and replace the lubricating oil regularly.
Check the sealing of the water pump to ensure that there is no water leakage, and add or replace the sealing material in time.
Regularly check whether all fasteners of the water pump are firm, including the base screws, etc., and perform rust prevention.
Check the temperature and vibration of the bearing to ensure that the bearing is well lubricated and there is no abnormal sound.
Check that the inside of the motor should be kept clean, the nameplate is intact, the grounding wire is correctly connected, and the insulation resistance of the motor winding is checked regularly.
