Mobile pump station system

1. The mobile pump station on wheels adopts an integrated closed box structure. The entire cabin adopts lightweight aluminum alloy profiles and plate weldment. The diesel generator set, general control system, water pump control cabinet, and tool cabinet are all arranged in the lower cabin, and the high-lift submersible pump and drainage accessories are arranged in the upper cabin.

Power Generation System

1. The rated power of the unit can be confirmed according to the required drainage unit configuration. The whole unit adopts three-phase four-wire system;

2. Rated voltage: line voltage 380V±10%, phase voltage 220V±10%;

3. The generator set adopts closed water circulation cooling;

4. The unit is equipped with an intelligent LCD operation screen, which can control the start and stop of the unit and display the unit's operating parameters, oil information and fault information;

Drainage System

1. Cabin Max flow: 2400m³/h with Max Head: 40m;

2. The single pump body is made of high-strength lightweight alloy, the water pump impeller is made of 2Cr13 material, and the surface is treated with wear-resistant hard coating;

3. The water pump is equipped with a stainless steel filter to effectively prevent garbage clogging. The filter is fastened with a butterfly nut for easy disassembly, cleaning and maintenance.

Supporting Accessories

Single set of water pump configuration list：

1. Cable: It connected with waterproof quick connectors, and the connector protection level is IP67;

2. Drainage hose: It has a hose connector and a stainless steel quick clamp;

3. Equipped with polyurethane high-strength floater, the floater is integrally formed, with a bayonet lifting ring to connect the soft fixed sling. Each water pump is equipped with 1 floater;

4. Other manuals, certificate, tool, etc.
