Pressure Resistance: Description of Dewater mobile flooding pump with a diving depth greater than 20 meters (pressure resistance)

At present, all Dewater mobile flooding pump products produced by our company have a designed pressure resistance value of. 3Mpa, and it is required to conduct a pressure test during production to verify the pressure sealing performance of the mobile flooding pump. The test pressure is required to be 03Mpa, and it should be held naked for 5 minutes without any leakage before leaving the factory.

The pressure resistance test is 0.3Mpa, which is equivalent to the pressure that the mobile flooding pump can withstand at a depth of 30 meters. Therefore, the mobile flooding pump can ensure normal operation at a depth of 20 meters with intact sealing and no damage to the shell. The instrument display data for the pressure test in the following figure is 0.3Mpa.

Quality Control: The components of Dewater mobile flooding pump must be inspected by the quality inspection department before assembly, and can only be assembled if they are qualified. After assembly, motor performance testing and mobile flooding pump performance testing will be conducted separately at our company's own national first level CNAS testing station to ensure factory quality and users can use them with confidence.

Maintenance: The Dewater mobile flooding pump adopts a modular design, and the impeller is completely wrapped in the water pump guide vane body, without contact with the inlet section of the water pump. When the mobile flooding pump is working, the impeller will only wear against the guide vane body. When the mobile flooding pump is damaged, only the impeller and guide vane body need to be replaced. The operation is simple and convenient, avoiding the problem of disassembling the entire water pump for maintenance after the inlet section wears out in the past.

Grounding measures: The Dewater mobile flooding pump is equipped with a 4-square-meter yellow green double grounding wire at the motor end cover, which is connected to the output of the frequency converter and ultimately pulled by a wire or a grounding pin bag
